Welcome to Forte Farm Alpacas

We are a small family farm located in Litchfield County, CT offering alpaca livestock and alpaca products for sale. Our alpacas represent some of the strongest bloodlines in the industry. Our goal is to offer high-quality genetics and fiber-producing animals at reasonable prices while helping expand the choice of alpacas as a livestock option.

We started our farm in October 2006 and with the exception of a pre-existing barn, we have designed and installed all our infrastructure by hand. We're new enough to remember what it takes to get started but mature enough to offer you support in selecting and caring for your alpacas. We're happy to answer your questions about how to get started, what resources and considerations should be made in raising alpacas and the benefits of the lifestyle. Whether you're looking for breed stock, fiber animals, or lovable pets to have at home, we are happy to help you pursue your dream.
